When you buy a Scala Bio Promise garment, shipping and handling are always included in the price. You pay only the cost of the product. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for another size or style, simply contact our customer support team to recieve the return slip needed. If you exchange your purchase (for a different size, for example) we will send out your replacement garment at no additional charge.
